## Mercer Super Reviews in Australia

### ***** "Great Improvement"
I appreciate the way the information is presented, as it is clear and not overloaded with unnecessary information.
-- Golfer14321, 2025-09-16

### *---- "Congratulations"
You now have both the worst (old app) and second worse (this one) app in the history of the AppStore. Yay, you finally managed to enable a login - pretty useless when it’s 50/50 whether or not it will actually manage to display a balance.
-- Better off with q super, 2025-09-15

### *---- "Login and functionality"
-login is really clunky with no option to setup a pin
-performance charting doesn’t reflect contributions vs investment performance like the old version did
-buggy. App is freezing
-- Luke.Borg22, 2025-09-15

### *---- "Worse than the old app"
At least the old app saved my login details. I could also see my quick balance with a swipe. Now I need to login every time with a 2nd code that still doesn’t auto populate. No FaceID in 2025, the tech team should be fired.
-- Li'l b, 2025-09-12

### *---- "New app not working day 2"
I loaded the new app yesterday and it works fine.
I went in today and the app isn’t loading just a blank white screen.
How can this happen after having the worst app in Australia for years?
It is just not good enough
-- Nonplussed01, 2025-09-11

### *---- "Where are the original features?"
Where’s the projected value at retirement? The death cover amount? The year-to-year breakdown? I’m still needing to login every time.
-- JTApples, 2025-09-10

### **--- "Disappointed so far"
The same clunky login as the old app. Every time I log in I need email or sms confirmation and the code needs to be typed in manually, rather than being recorded automatically as in most other apps. No support for FaceTime so far.
-- Grouchy_Tiger, 2025-09-10

### *---- "Can’t Login"
I can’t even login to the application. I use any of the multi-factor methods and it just gets stuck.

It will helpfully ask me if I’ve not received the code to resend but I’ve already entered a code and cannot proceed further as all elements are greyed out and the sign in button is animating.

Well done for yet another broken app :/
-- Dreigon, 2025-09-09

### ****- "Time consuming to login"
Have to type in second pin from email or SMS. Please enable facial recognition to login.
-- Wei3hu2, 2025-09-09

### **--- "Worse than before"
Signs out while actually using the app. Need to verify through text or email every time you sign in. Just a frustrating app overall.
