Certain pages or functions will not work when accessed from one button, but will from the same button in another context. Access denied errors abound. Logging in is a constant struggle with a vpn on. This has been the worst banking experience we have ever had. Local bank employees have been phenomenally friendly. That being said, the online banking experience, customer service, credit card service, and capabilities have not come close to meeting our expectations. What has been advertised and explained has been extremely misleading and very disappointing. As a small business, we were referred to Merchants by a much more reputable banking service as the “go to banking service for small businesses” as they have many added fees for small businesses. In this day and time I shouldn’t be getting a notice of a balance due of interest the next day. There’s no excuse for the pay-off shown to not be as of that moment inclusive of incurred interest to that point and not exclusive. Otherwise, Pay-off is an incorrect term. I shouldn’t have to call in to the loan department to find out exactly what the pay-off REALLY is!
