The new bill paying process is difficult and time consuming. Once you have actually managed to pay a bill it often displays on your activity and statement that you have paid the money to someone else. I love the bank and bill paying was quick and easy before the “upgrade”. I have called them many times and apparently they are”working on it”. They do not nickel and dime you and charge fees for things that you were told wouldn’t… not like WF or BOA… The members at the branch treat you like family and remember your name and children(s) name. However, after switching to my iPhone(~7 months ago), I have not been able to get this app to access my account ONCE. It either tells me that it can’t verify my credentials or it tells me to call the Call Center. Doing the latter just ends up with a customer service rep telling me there’s no issue with my login information, and that I’m not locked out. As I live outside the U.S., not having the ability to deposit a check could end up as a big issue should the need ever arise.
