Love the simplicity of design and am addicted to earning points through their step challenges!

Every time I open the app I need to log back in. The Step Challenges can’t be tracked if someone is logged out, so I hardly ever get my steps counted. They become a frustrating wasted exercise/promo.

The app is very much user friendly! The layout and the info in the app is amazing & helpful. All of the information is laid out right in front of me. I love the challenges for fun but also we get points for them and get to use them for rewards!!!! Appreciate everything from you Mercury, best power company I have been with!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can never log in annoying as

First they came for the well designed user interface, then they came for the persistent login. Every time this app updates I have to login again, the interface has become less intuitive and frustrating to use, I would have almost preferred no updates at all to the slow dirge that’s reducing it’s utility

App not recording anything…..

This app is inconsistent and I regularly have to delete and reinstall as points and billing disappears It often won’t reinstall without significant difficulty. It’s very disappointing to walk the “steps” and not have them recorded. VERY disappointing

The rewards promotions such as the walking challenges don’t work and haven’t been done in a while

Some features are useful but… I can’t understand why power usage is always several days behind since it is clearly being collected on a daily basis. As far as earning rewards is concerned this is an exercise in frustration when attempting to participate in a step challenge. Despite having the Fitbit linked to the challenge no steps are recorded, or recording stops midway through. To “fix” things you need to stop the challenge and thereby lose any steps you have earned.

Why does the app keep logging me out? I’ve missed out on so many rewards because of this! Please can you keep me logged into the app.
