This used to be a good game. Understandably there are adverts to get bonuses but recently it’s become infested with scam adverts using deepfakes of celebrities or selling bogus weight loss products and even opening up fake BBC news websites to try and give their dishonesty more credence. Some adverts repeatedly open up websites when you try to close them. Sort it out developers or do you condone such practices?

Merge magic is an amazing game!! U can friend ur friends on it and view their garden and gift them with things u have in ur garden but they don’t disappear from ur garden. The only thing that I think needs to change is that for some events (hardly any of them) you need a certain amount of magic power which u get from ur creatures by merging eggs. But this is hardly a thing as it only happens about once every 2 months that u need a certain amount of power to enter an event. All the other events u can join anytime as long as ur connected to WiFi. This is why I haven’t taken off a star as it is hardly a thing. I love merge magic and it’s one of the best games I’ve ever played. It’s fun without getting boring over time and it has no adds! However, you can watch adds to wake up creatures but that is optional. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing game! I had this game a few years ago and recently played it again I forgot how fun it is. I love how there is so many creatures! Not only is it fun it’s also visually pleasing many merge games are boring and repetitive but not Merge Magic!

On no other day apart from Wednesday do I have an alleged Wi-Fi connection problem, and yet each week Wednesday rolls round and once again I ‘lose’ the weekly reward for achieving level 1 of higher. This morning I was just short of level 2 at about 10 mins before the award time but had to leave for work, but this evening I am to,d there is a Wi-Fi problem … and yet I’ve just been checking my emails and social media platform. 

Get the app sorted, it smacks of selfish greed on behalf of the developers!

I’ve played this game for years, probably spent a good amount on it. However, I’m now finding I can’t access the garden without it crashing. Contacted customer services who gave me a list of tasks to do, which didn’t help. Basically making it out that it’s my iPad settings that are causing the issue. I have their other game merge dragons and play that with NO issues. When I get onto the world map in magic I can do the special event with very little issues, does crash if I leave it but as soon as I try to get back to the garden it crashes. I keep having to use gems to carry on with my daily streak. I checked to see if there was an update that I had missed as I still have the Xmas page on.  PLEASE GET THIS SORTED!

This is one of the worst games for forced in-app purchases.

Pay-for-progress

Too easy to accidentally touch the wrong purchase when scrolling, resulting in non-refundable use of your short supply of crucial money, wood and gems.

This game is unplayable after 1 day due to lack of resources.

Don’t waste your time with this naff rubbish!

I’ve been playing this for years and it remains a firm favourite. You can play without putting money in and just sell the locked chests once you level them up for extra cash. They desperately need to add more levels but you can still make cash and get extra creatures replaying them. They’ve also got heaps of events to keep you occpied

Constant bug issues with club chest points. Always says connection issues and currently have received zero points for any merges. 

Contacted customer support who suggested that I played the game for the points, completely ignoring the fact that there is a game issue and when I said this they told me they could no longer help me. I have spent and wasted money on this game for it not to work, for constant glitches and bugs and for useless and terrible customer service.

Compared to merge dragons, this game is too hard to progress in. Merge dragons gives lots of opportunity to get creatures in events and passes/seasons. Merge magic isn’t as well developed and feels very stunted/forgotten as a game. There is no motivation for me to keep playing because there just isn’t much to do. I have many many high level life orbs just sat on my island doing nothing because it’s so slow to gain creature power to expand the island.
