## Merge Miners Reviews in United States

### **--- "No Chests"
Three times I’ve purchased the chests (3 gems each time) and they weren’t given. There isn’t a contact for customer support, so I’m unhappy with that.
-- Teach Rex, 2022-11-15

### *---- "All my gems mysteriously disappeared"
Mindless Fun , until your boosters disappear. Next!
-- plushcthulhu, 2019-11-29

### ****- "Decent fun"
Ads seem broken. I click on an ad for chests or for miners and nothing happens. Could be no ads available, but nothing lets you know that’s the case. Good way to pass the time. Thumbs up!
-- Fjordly, 2019-11-02

### ****- "Having trouble"
Game I like however not one video will even attempt to load. If there is a way please allow me to know.
-- ryujgddg, 2019-09-30

### ***** "Excellent fun"
This game is very well balanced for its type. It made sense from the get go, and keeps being fun.
-- Riverrocks, 2019-08-07

### *---- "Where did the debug mode go?"
You should have the option in settings for the debug mode for people who have played with it before.
-- 178362538394627, 2019-05-12

### ***** "Great game"
I saw another review with 1 Star saying about their music getting cut off. its not your fault, or their fault but, yes there is a bug somewhere in Apple devices (not Mac). where games that have audio cut off your music even when in game audio is turned off. I think you can do something about it but I’m not 100% sure but it may be hard just saying it’s Apples fault not yours (not really anyway)
-- JT Callison, 2019-04-19

### **--- "Stuck with update"
The game is decent, but the latest update that offers tips points you toward collecting achievement rewards. All well and good, but the screen becomes untappable everywhere other than where they want you to click, but the tapable area is not correct, and you get stuck, unable to play. Please fix!

I’m playing on iOS with iPhone, latest version 12.2

Reply 4/17

I wish I could. I can not access the settings menu because as soon as I clear the offer to double my profits from when I was away I cannot click on anything other than the broken link.
-- Burtman 72, 2019-04-18

### ****- "Bug reply reply"
I play on iPhone 7
-- HDi-Destroyer, 2019-04-17

### *---- "Lost the save"
I have played this game until 2 day ago. After the last update, I cannot tap on anything. Then I delete and re-download this game. It rollbacks to the first play. DON’T WASTE TIME TO PLAY!!!
-- Killer1412, 2019-04-10
