It hangs on the “ads” for the events when starting the game. It hangs after watching an ad to get a booster for the tile event. Super frustrating and a waste of time.

My game keeps freezing up. When I try to write support I get a 404. I deleted the game. I added it again and had to start over. Once again my game is freezing. The recent update didn’t fix the issue.

It was fun but constantly freezes most the time I can’t get past loading or configuration 2 fix the issue

I downloaded this game a couple months ago and it has worked fine up until the last three weeks. Now when I try to play the game, it either won’t load or the whole game locks up before I even get to play. So frustrating! Two seconds away from deleting… I have two other games like this that work way better and are a lot more fun.

Though I try to play the game constantly freezes and whenever I try to go to support I get page not found and I can’t get any help

You guys better compensate us handsomely for the freezing glitch the past couple of days. This is my favorite merge game, but if this issue persists, I will go elsewhere. ;^)

The ad said unlimited energy, I hate false advertising

The game itself is fun enough but it takes a good amount of time to load the game and lately, it’s just been completely freezing where I have to completely restart the game several times and hope it won’t freeze at any stage with all the popups that show up when you first open the game. It’s basically not playable because of this. I also hate how if I’m doing picture in play, whenever i open the app and it reloads, it pauses whatever I’m watching or listening to. This is the only game app from my experience that does this.

Lately the game keeps on freezing. I guess they still have bugs to work out in it.

I have done all trouble shooting and lost my prior progress. The app still is not loading. I like this app I play many times a day and for 2 days now it is not loading. I deleted and downloaded the app and lost my progress. Now still not loading?????
