## Merlo Coffee Description
Earn & Redeem Points
Redeem Merlo Points for free coffee, food and more. Our Friend of Merlo customers can also look forward to a complimentary birthday coffee, which can be redeemed via the App instore.
Each coffee purchased instore earns 1 point, and 10 points can be redeemed for 1 free hot beverage of any size. This can be redeemed as soon as it’s earned, or saved for a future date.

Earn & Redeem Bean Dollars
Bean Dollars are earned on all purchases of roasted coffee beans, instore or online. They are credits that will accrue in your account every time you purchase roasted coffee beans from a Merlo Flagship Cafe (excluding our Toowoomba locations) or online. They can then be used to purchase, or contribute towards, any product instore or online.
Simply show your QR code in the App when instore ordering your coffee beans.

## Merlo Coffee Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Stuck in a sign in loop"
Just trying to sign in, the app takes forever to load up every time I’m at the counter to scan my membership, then once it finally loads in I’m signed out, I sign back in right eh correct details and it looks back to signing me out . App doesn’t work properly and is poorly designed. This as well sat the fact when you type your email into the required field every letter jerks the screen completely making me feel motion sick.
-- condonad, 2025-02-03

### *---- "Great Coffee Sad App"
Merlo Franchises scammed once again by poor Devs.
Get logged out after 5secs, so can’t scan bar code to get rewards and my free coffee. Makes me go to alternative Coffee House where everything works.
This is 2025 and Devs can’t make a simple App work on iPhone 16! Get your dev money back Merlo!
-- Parges, 2024-12-25

### *---- "App needs to be updated!"
The app simply wouldn’t allow me to register despite following the sign in protocols.

Very frustrating and really unacceptable when app technology is so advanced!

Love the coffee!
-- jules conrad, 2024-08-05

### *---- "Broken after recent update"
Pls fix can’t login on iOS
-- Br0wnDawG, 2024-05-31

### *---- "Doesn’t seem to work"
Continually have to log in every couple of seconds and can’t access the loyalty card. I’ve tried re-downloading but that hasn’t fixed it. As it currently is it only shows me ads for different coffee blends and I can’t actually use it for anything so it’s not useful to me. I assume this is some kind of bug so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
-- MariaSigourney, 2024-04-26

### **--- "Current issue with card"
Usually this app works fine and is great!! But today when I updated it and logged in the card scan is completely missing - when I explained to a Merlo cafe worker they said it’s happened to a few people today already

Please fix soon!! I love using this app :)
-- R908, 2024-04-23

### ***** "Great design"
Easy & clear to read - great art work and Merlo has great coffee
-- louisa.otway, 2024-03-12

### ***** "Great coffee!"
Can’t fault the coffee or those great chocolate coated beans!!
-- QLDgirl23, 2024-03-11

### ***** "Works well"
Works well and is a great way to check on my points and bean dollars. If I access the website to buy beans from the app I am already logged in, which is a nice feature.
-- Deb.AH, 2024-02-25

### ***** "New app working great"
New app is working really well.
