Nothing feels snappy. Every interaction feels clunky. Weird behavior." They won’t let you buy actively traded etfs like RAAX claiming they are “ too volatile or risky”. Yet there are much riskier funds available like commodities etfs. First problem is merging BOA accounts with Merrill accounts. They should be separate. Secondly, the app just is not user friendly. Click research to read on a security, then if you want to buy, you’d think that clicking buy while on that security would just fill in the info for you, but nope. There are many other examples of this type but one other major I need to mention is that there’s no sticky menu, so say you make a trade and it goes through. Now rather than clicking a home button or something, you have to click the back button like a half dozen times to get back home, which is actually the main home with BOA accounts thrown in.
