- Whether you have a pre-pay or a pay-as-you-go account, you can use either the merseyflow website or the app to register for discounts, manage your accounts or use a pay-as-you-go option.
- The enhanced app allows customers to use either the merseyflow website or app to:
- Register, update and manage your account and payment plans directly.
- Apply for discount schemes (save up to 10%), including the Local User Discount Scheme (LUDS) and the Blue Badge Holder scheme.
- Set up a pay-as-you-go account, where there are no discounts, but payment can automatically be taken from a bank account without having a pre-pay merseyflow account.

I tried to update my card details in the app.  First issue was the form itself keep doesn’t render very well to the mobile - I could scroll to the button if the form for me to add my post code and submit. I tried this several times then I uninstalled then install again then it let me complete the last part of the form. As I press submit the authentication of card the failed several times!! I gave up using this app now. Deleted my account and source tuner method of payment.

Figured signing up for the app would be better than the dreadful Merseyflow website payment process. 

It isn’t.

As with the website integration for AutoFill is almost non-existent. 

There’s no ApplePay option. 

No easy integration with KeyChain.

Got to be the worst app ever…!!!  And it’s been like this from the opening of the bridge. It’s like it’s setup to rip people off. For a company probably pulling in millions with this extortionate charge you think they would have a decent app. You can’t add multiple cars to your account. The number of times I’ve received a fine letter even though I have autopay set up is a joke. Think I’d rather use the extra fuel and go though warrington than give this company any more money.
