Have booked to catch 5 am flight . Despite confirmation previous night , suddenly at 04:40 am sent message that your Booking is unsuccessful. Almost about to miss my Flights , Thanks to UBER , could get spot booking . They charge 20% more and still unreliable
Don’t use Meru Cabs: A) Customer safely is least of their priority B) They promise but do not deliver the bill. C) They no longer have easy accessibility at airports
I booked a cab which never arrived. I never used the cab, but still I am forced to pay the bill. Rediculous experience. Too bad

Thought I had booked a cab to catch an international flight way in advance they sent me a message at the scheduled time that can is canceled due to unavailability. This is unpardonable and stressful Find another app to book but never this. People had warned me about it and I overlooked the fact. Zero stars

Booked an outstation rental to madikeri. Pickup was supposed to be at 12:30 am , driver did not pick me up until 2:30 in the night. Kept giving shady updates like sir I am just near your house, I am just 30 mins away etc. waste of money and time. Their promocodes don’t work as well. Incompetence at it’s finest.
What a crappy app. Cannot schedule a ride later to airport. It just won’t let me. It is always trying to get the taxi now. Scheduling ride later is your usp meru compared to Ola and Uber, and now you have lost it. Who is running your business ?
Booking amount was showing as 1400, when you click on book, it changes to 1822. What a smart way to looting the customers.
Recently someone booked a cab on airport and randomly gave a number which happened to be mine and boarded the cab. Meru is so money minded they don’t even get the code from the person and instead gave him the code. So someone booked a cab with my number without my authorisation and boarded and meru dint even bothered to check if the number is correct or not.
