Performance is bad, logging in takes a long time (loading screen after loading screen). No dark mode option (imagine using this app when it’s dark, your eyeballs will be very unhappy as everything is just white). Message composer feature is hidden under numerous sub menus and takes a while to load. Home page doesn’t show all your accounts and totals, you have to go a step further. App needs to be highly optimised, needs a dark mode option, and menu needs to be reworked. I can't even log in to the app due to some so-called 'technical problem.' The app is a convoluted mess with an ugly and confusing layout. And don't even get me started on the lack of security. If CCF doesn't step up their game and fix these issues, I guarantee people will start abandoning ship and switching banks. This situation has spiraled out of control.
