### **--- "Poor interface"
The direct transfer from token purchase page doesn’t work. We have to go to the token history only then transfer to the meter.
-- DSingh502, 2025-09-07

### *---- "Very poor coding"
It makes you feel doing offline is much better
-- Nagaur rajasthaan, 2025-07-16

### *---- "An overhaul of the app is required"
It was a great move to create an app and digitise the payments for electricity, however the app needs to work without much trouble to the user. The payments don’t work many times, which defeats the very purpose of the app.

Bluetooth connectivity to the meter is another issue, you need to stand right next to the meter for the app to connect.
