### **--- "Poor support and missing features"
So, when it comes to checking your data and staying in the know, this is great. But when it comes to actually managing ads, it suffers. Sometimes errors will pop up due to little mistakes like missing info or something, and when you’re looking for the place to insert the missing info, it’s nowhere to be found. I assume this is no issue when using a laptop, but why not just tell people if the errors they receive can or can’t be resolved on the mobile app. Or better yet, why is it that certain features (like choosing a beneficiary) simply aren’t able to be modified through the app? Sometimes we just want be able to do our work from wherever we are without having to keep a laptop on us. The apps SHOULD be able to allow you to manage these ads with the same amount of detail as the website. Not to mention, support is only fast when we’re talking about money. But if I have an issue with anything else, support is basically dead. Thank god Google platforms people who can help fix meta’s problems… but then I feel like I should just be advertising there instead of on meta.

The app is good for getting a glimpse of whats going on but it ends there. You simply can’t change any ad creative, and this isn’t due to the set up of the campaign, you just can’t change any images without the app bugging out or just stopping altogether.

I download the app, log in, and it tells me to select an ad account but there are no options for me to click. Just a blank grey screen with three profile picture illustrations at the top (not clickable). Then I swipe out of the app, close it completely, and retry. It’s now a white screen with a blue “try again” button in the middle that doesn’t do anything when I click it. 

And this is the second time I’ve done this whole process and had the EXACT same result. So frustrating.

Anything Meta is horrible to work it recently but this app takes the cake. Payment methods don’t work, you’ll be clicking buttons 5-10 times before they respond, the UI is very confusing, and good luck trying to reach a real person. Get ready for a lot of “Meta will reach out in 1-2 business days”.

App is a great idea. Unfortunately, it takes days to update so data is always inaccurate. My current adspend on app is $270. On web browser it’s $480. I test multiple ads and turn them off at certain times but data is so delayed I’d end up spending too much waiting on this app. I’ve had an adset active now for ~24 hours. App shows NO DATA AT ALL!! Web? $16 spent and several other KPIs. I’m not due for an app update. The app just doesn’t update.
