Good for preventing usage of Instagram but needs improving

It’s good for intercepting dms on Instagram without opening the app. However, it’s quite buggy with group chat messages, and I’ll get the push notifications as dms, even if the group is muted on Instagram. Should add group chat functionality and support, as well as muting them.

Very easy and simple to post

I can’t post ads

Posts don’t get seen organically anymore. You have to promote everything to be seen but I’m blocked from doing this? Surely you can work out a more fair way for us.

Not happy with the spam

Not happy with the amount of people saying they are from mega saying they will shut down my page.

Better than web browser

Much better user interface than the web browsers but having a lot of problems with it crashing especially when responding to messages.

Clunky…

I find it a hassle and clunky, can’t access things like I think we should, multiple button press to find something and when I go to check comments/messages it is simpler and quicker to go to the normal FB/Messenger app. In BS I have to select “all” and select “read all” to get rid of the red number count badge even though I have read them, or when I go to the comment nothing comes up under the persons name, so I have to go direct to the FB app. That works. I do not recommend and use only when/if I have to.

Less options

I don’t have all the options with this app.

No support

Would be great if the app would open!

Need a new update

I updated my app and now I can’t book client appointments. It’s so frustrating. I’m ready to delete the app and use a different one.
