Can’t access meta ai voices. App is up to date my glasses are also. Meta support won’t help

I use ray ban metas as my all day clear prescription glasses. I gotta say, to call the Home Screen on the app a Home Screen is a stretch. Once you’ve watched all the tutorials it’s just an old tutorial screen. Sending links to photos via the glasses is much less cool than sending the photo properly through my phone. App currently does not appear to have a use after the tutorials. If these don’t update soon I’m jumping to looktech ai. Currently these are like gen 1 Siri and a seeing eye dog for the blind. Most features are solely for showing your friends and coworkers they do in fact tell you what you’re looking at. I believe If any feature has you taking your phone out of your pocket, the glasses have failed as a product. Possibility to switch to a handset call from the glasses by lifting your phone to your ear in noisy situations. Also issues where music shouldn’t play when glasses are folded and off. Bluetooth shouldnt pair when folded and on counter. Not just in case. I miss a lot of notifications after work when I take them off and set them down or fold them

the sound of notifications can lead to a heart attack! make the same low volume of notifications, even when the volume on the phone is maximum please!!!!!

I was not able to stream on live in none of the meta apps and same for the calls with glasses. Everytime I try, I get the notification that my glasses camera are being used, but nothing is transmitted.

When I’m setting my glasses up it shows me Rayban stories when I need to set up my ray ban metas. It won’t let me change to the type of glasses I have. Worst purchase ever I feel like I’ve been scammed. Please contact me and help me figure this out. Not happy.

Love the app and constant updates. Curious if there is a way to have the import hit the gallery by date media was taken rather than imported. 🙏🏻
