Surprising!

I was surprised because even though it’s not a ferrous metal, the detector reacted to my iud! So make sure to reduce the sensitivity if you’re using it and have a copper iud 😆

Works

This works. Simple. To those who say it's fake for all their various reasons, try turning the sensitivity down, holding the phone still, and bringing say a plastic object near, then a magnetic metal near. You will see it is not a tilt, motion, or proximity sensor.

It’s so fake that it’s funny

First of all iPhones DO NOT have a metal detector in them and can NOT find anything metallic, but as it states in the app, there are no ads meaning that the coders make no money. I can see it being funny to prank tech illiterate people but that’s it. The three star rating is for a use of the app but not what is claimed, if the app told you somewhere that it was a prank then I would be a five star
