## Metal Description
Metal is the simple, focused way to track your personal records in the gym. Whether you're chasing a new back squat max, logging Murph times, or tracking custom lifts—Metal keeps everything in one place with clean charts and zero clutter.

OWN YOUR DATA
Tired of your PRs being trapped in your gym's app? Most gym and coaching apps lock in your data with no way to get it out. Metal is different. Your lift history belongs to you—export everything as CSV or JSON anytime and take it wherever you want. Switch gyms, switch apps, no problem.

TRACK YOUR PRs
Log personal records for 27 built-in lifts across Olympic, power, and CrossFit categories—plus benchmark WODs like Murph, Fran, Grace, DT, and more. See your current PR front and center with a chart showing your progress over time.

CALCULATE WORKOUT PERCENTAGES
Quickly figure out percentages of your max for any lift. Tap a preset (95%, 85%, 70%, etc.) or use the slider to dial in the exact number you need for your workout.

AI-POWERED COACHING (PRO)
Once you've logged at least 5 PRs, Metal analyzes your lift ratios and identifies which lift to focus on next. Get a personalized recommendation with a target weight based on your actual numbers.

CUSTOM LIFTS (PRO)
Track any lift you want—not just the ones we ship with. Create unlimited custom lifts with full charting and history.

EXPORT YOUR DATA (PRO)
Download your full lift and workout history as CSV or JSON anytime. Your data is yours.

MAKE IT YOURS (PRO)
Choose from 8 app icon colors—each one themes the entire app to match. Switch between light, dark, or system mode.
