## meterUP Parking Reviews in United States

### *---- "LOGGING IN INCONVENINECE"
Makes no sense you won’t let me log in to update my current parking, stop with the email log in request as you don’t send them to email so I’m stuck not accessing into my account. Just use parkmobile app bad
-- ssangyi, 2024-11-22

### **--- "App stinks"
Make sure you don’t accidentally click a different car you have saved. I h got a ticket because my finger must have slipped. Also, history section is incomplete, which is not helpful when trying to dispute.
-- mfern, 2024-11-17

### *---- "Search function is not working"
Trying to find parking around The Met in Philly ,the zip code is 19130, when I put that in the search or ask’s if I’m parking in places on the west coast. There is no option to search with letters. When I scroll on the app the zip codes on the map in the Philadelphia area are wrong. I’m going to uninstall and just drive down to the area.
-- Ndavis210, 2024-10-14

### *---- "App does not work"
App does not allow manual search of any park zone. Likely only work with precise location on, but its enforcement is totally unnecesaary when you know where you are and can provide that information.
-- Rheum, 2024-09-28

### ***-- "Not allowing me to stop my time"
I parked up paid for 45 mins of times and when I was done with 15mins to spare the app isn’t allowing me to stop my time. This is the first time this has happened to me in the 3 years I’ve been using this app.
-- Mirhaliz, 2024-09-13

### **--- "Confusing and ended up with a ticket"
First time user. Followed the steps: found the zone #, then duration time: I did the estimate of 2 hours. Then my plate #, state. And was asked again for the duration time? I already did the estimate, so I assumed the second one would be the actual parking duration time. I can’t tell until I get back. Stopped there, and left for my errands. then.. got a ticket!
-- zezevivivi, 2024-08-28

### *---- "Notification spam"
Marketing notification spam about reserving ahead. No way to turn off.
-- San Marcos, 2024-08-08

### *---- "E mail links expire immediately"
This is the worst app in my phone. Doesn’t even properly work half the time.
-- Tree search, 2024-07-09

### **--- "Better to use the meter"
The app alerts every meter maid in the vicinity that your parking is about to expire-- in other words, they are waiting nearby and within two minutes to expiring, are already issuing a ticket.

You can use the app at first, then the price jumps up. Not good if you are watching every penny.

Did you know an annual parking permit is $35? If you are like me, in an area with almost no parking, the only solution is to ditch the car.

Philly is vicious against drivers. Too many cars, makes sense. (Cents, too) But the app is particularly nasty bc it is about supporting the city/ them, and not you!
-- EarlGreyT, 2024-01-03

### ****- "Apple Watch app?"
It would be great if you made an app to use with Apple Watch, so we could receive notifications and extend parking time right from the watch.
