Metes and Bounds Basic

Not able to translate my parcel description using this app

With Basic version, it crashes every time any feature is used. Cannot edit a saved call list. It’s pointless to purchase this level, so why sell it?

Really like this app. Easy to use and so convenient for doing title work in courthouse.

I'm a Prof. Land Surveyor and was looking for a way to quickly check legal descriptions for closure without needing my computer. This works great! Only thing I wish it did was export to a cad format like DXF.

Great app, PC version is great. I highly recommend this for anyone needing to create a property bounds map. I also often use it when checking boundaries in field. Only wish that app could enter data in 0-360 like PC version.

This is amusing, big hi five for this app, is really good for all those landman out there, have to work a little in som bugs though.

I needed a tool to compute the area of acreage from metes and bounds. This tool got the job done. The only limitation is there is not a way to save and recall data sets for diffferent parcels and then call them back up if a change is needed. It remembers the last data set entered, and does have the ability to export to PDF.

This is a very basic deed plotter. For the money there are some improvements that could be made that would make it much more worth the money plus more useable. They are 1: Show the point number on the screen 2: Be able to enter a call by turned angle off a line Positive number for angle right or negative for angle left 3: Most critical. Auto label the line. It's VERY inconvenient to Have to go back and forth between plot view and call list view 4: The ability to make the 1st point any coordinate desired As a professional land surveyor these suggestions would make this App much more useful and shouldn't be too much to ask for the price Thanks
