Redes Meta no conectan
No con cuenta vinculada, ni con perfil pro TikTok sin problemas. Una lástima Para evitar que nadie pierda tiempo. Ya me avisa la web de metricool que mi cuenta profesional de IG no está vinculada a FB. La realidad es que está vinculada Problema de Meta? Probablemente, pero a lo que hay. No funciona para Meta
Imposible de conectar mis redes
Imposible conectar mi Facebook, y sin conectarme Facebook no puedo conectar mi Instagram. a pesar de seguir todas las instrucciones y aprobar todo, seguía sin permitirme conectar las redes. Cancelé mi cuenta y borré la aplicación. Una pérdida de tiempo.
IA para textos
Estaba haciendo pruebas con IA para los textos y me dice que se limita a 3 usos. ¿Eso es así siempre o hay una opción premium?
Threads para cuando?
La App es muy sencilla de utilizar y funciona a la perfección, pero una pregunta, para cuando la actualización añadiendo Threads de meta??

No previsualiza el feed
Me la descargué para tener opción de previsualizar el feed y no tiene esta funcionalidad. En la versión web sí aparece en “planificación”. En la app móvil no, o está más escondida que una aguja en un pajar…
Edición por red social
Por lo general funciona bien, pero debería poderse hacer lo mismo en la app y en la versión web. Añadir la edición por red social por ejemplo, que es uno de los valores añadidos de la plataforma que se desluce en la app.
Portada de Instagram
Querido equipo de Metricool, Primero gracias por diseñar una app tan user friendly. Quería reportar un incidente: Cuando subo reels (video) desde Metricool, luego no me deja cambiar la portada de este vídeo. En cambio cuando subo directo (no mediante Metricool) puedo cambiar las portadas sin problema alguno. Me ayudarían con esto? No quiero dejar de usar la app. Pero es importante poder editar las portadas. Muchas garcias.

La App funciona perfectamente y la utilizo muy a menudo para ver mis estadísticas y las de mis clientes.
