## METRO CARS Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Absolute waste of time"
Used this app 3 times in the last week and each time it picks a driver and says they are 5 mins away yet 20 mins later still not here and have to cancel.

Back to uber, they may be slightly more expensive for short journeys but much more reliable.
-- Prime1976, 2025-09-24

### ***** "Savior"
The driver was a live savior. I left my ID in my house amd without id I’m not able to work. So he drove me back to my home . I got my id then he drove back again to my destination before it’s too late. Thank you so much again. I appreciate it.
-- Car Number- KD17 UOP, 2025-04-11

### ***** "Best driver ever"
He was so patient and so nice even though I was the one that delayed him
-- King of drivers, 2025-04-09

### ***** "Journey"
Very pleasant and safe
-- queenjax77, 2025-04-01

### *---- "The driver"
The driver was very rude, l delayed but that doesn’t justify anything
-- Kiki @ 10, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Driver"
Driver bit smelly drove to fast late braking
-- I’m mc, 2024-06-18

### ***-- "Some drivers don’t like stick to quoted fares"
Some drivers try to charge you by the metre rather than what was quoted when you booked online. They then make you feel guilty when you ask to pay the quoted fare! If the company is advertising these prices and providing quotes on these prices, then drivers should automatically charge these prices and not make you feel guilty when you challenge it and ask to pay the quoted price.
-- cazk2, 2024-05-26

### ***** "CM"
Was on time, very polite man and clean car
-- tiny2710, 2024-05-24

### ***** "Airport Drop"
On time and very easily accessible through the app. Same driver & Car on both side, she is a absolutely a gem.
-- Ranjan Raghav, 2024-02-25

### ***** "Rob pannell"
The driver was very professional and was a very nice lift thank you
-- Tankessex, 2024-02-19
