Filed a case to IT. Two weeks waiting for reply
Updated app 2 months ago. Now doesn’t work. Can’t log in. Stuck in “Authorizing” loop Waited on phone to talk to rep She filed case report. No reply. No request for more information about problems I can go online with laptop to clip coupons for my account to use in store. So it appears I DO have an account Kroger Pay is worthless if you can’t bring up your account in the store BTW if you are forcing use of your mobile app, MAKE SURE WiFi is GOOD in the store!!! IF I cannot bring up your app while in the aisle, what good is the app? Invest in the infrastructure!!!
