垃圾软件，三天两头跑客服中心，而且有时候软件会重复扣款。也和手机里的交通卡有冲突，同时扣款也会发生。

这软件成天出错也就算了，可恶的是客服电话根本打不通，打通不说话就给你挂了也是厉害了

无法解绑手机号
客服电话接通后说不是大都会的客服，客服email留的也是不存在的邮件地址，邮件一直被退回，想要解绑手机号根本没办法。
不好用！差评！
耽误时间，不灵敏还容易出错
