Took over 12 mins to get to me after saying it was 4 mins away
Shocking service. Says driver is in way. 4 mins away but takes over 12 mins to get to you. They go where they pls first
Door to door
What a privilege to be driven door to door. Thank you.
Avoid
Divers constantly ask for cash even though you’ve put payment details in the app, the address accuracy is pretty bad and it doesn’t reserve taxis for a key time . All in all pretty pointless and doesn’t work well
Useless
This is my second review as I just can’t believe how bad this new app is …. Just a shame I can only give 1 star as 0 would be more appropriate… I’ve deleted it from my phone…. Utterly utterly utterly useless ….
Awful app
Using the app is a nightmare. Really hard to set home, keeps using next door’s address. Defaults to airport train station and hard to set the destination. Deleted it after several attempts to use it
No returns
Goodish app but will never give me access to my account for return journey.
Badly made app
On signing up, the app takes £1.01 from your card with no warning.
Literally doesn't work
Minus stars rating.
New app
Have used Meteotaxis many times without problems but the New app is useless. - There is no option to go straight to a telephone number so I had to search for number on web. - when I tried to renew my password for the app it would not support the automatically generated complex apple password for my keychain. App interface is not customer focussed.. very frustrating.
