So many steps while booking the ticket. Every time I have to enter upi id in the app. It doesn't get directed to UPI app from Iphone. please fix this for iphone users. Also there is no connectivity for Jio at any metro station. I had raised the concern so many times, but everyone they resolve the complaint saying network connectivity is improved (which is not). please fix all the above issues as soon as possible .

After I updated my app yesterday, its not working at all. It shows some network issue whereas my network is working very much fine. Also it has lot of steps for booking a ticket. It gets automatically logged out almost everytime I open the app for booking a ticket and have to provide mobile no n otp to sign in again. This becomes a cumbersome process for a person like me who is commuting daily on this metro route. Need a lot of improvements to make it user friendly.

The app will show login even opened after 5 days. Can’t be able to book ticket or show booked tickets if not logout manually after opening the app and then logged in.
