No response from customer service. No delineation of billing. Horrible. -- ApppMaster, 2024-12-16 ### *---- "Can’t even register as new user" The opening page asks me to log in, with no visible way of registering. Then promptly tells me I’m not registered. Ridiculous. -- sftgvjiuyrdcb, 2024-10-29 ### ***** "Faxed mobile" Needed to send a fax quickly. Done! Easy!! -- Morgan Hill Real Estate, 2024-05-08 ### **--- "Decent service until recent update" Ive had success with this app working flawlessly until the most recent update. Now half of what i fax does not go through. Faxing from notes made on notability. -- :-)…:-), 2024-02-02 ### *---- "Not free" I’m leaving reviews from now on because everyone is greedy and wants you to pay some crazy price I’d rather do it at the library or at home for free a monthly payment to send a fax is silly -- jahrhe, 2023-09-25 ### *---- "Think twice before using this service" BAD BUSINESS I downloaded this free trial. Cancelled and just got charged for the seconded time. For one, I NEVER used any of the services, as it was too difficult to figure out. 2 times I have been billed after canceling. There’s no person to person support. The number tells you to chat online. The customer service was poor. Mainly Mathew. This “person” is probably not even a person. I want my money back from being billed again TODAY and Mathew continued to say he cannot refund and he cannot backdate a refund. Today is not a backdating issue. It’s today. Refund my money that you all illegally took. Customer service gets zero stars for being rude. Not the type of person I would want taking my customer complaints. I just looked online at their reviews and they have 1.27 out of 5 stars. Not one positive review Has been left in the past year. Also, there are more people that have experienced the same issue that I am dealing with. Seems to be a pattern. -- jill jeezy, 2023-07-14 ### *---- "Doesn’t function" Downloaded and it started asking for email and password which I have never created. It doesn’t give you any other option. Seems like a scam to gather info. -- kshdiejdo, 2023-05-10 ### ****- "Great but no drafts option" I wish it had a draft option so you wouldn’t have to restart the fax if closed -- JayDiaz21, 2023-05-03 ### *---- "Zero" I google free fqx and came upon this site metro fax i added myself for the subscription. When i went to download the app it does not let me register it immediately ask for name n password which i didnt have since i used google to fund it. When i call ofcourse theres no live person ive tried emailing no response now im stuck witht this subscription until they decide to answer my email zero stars -- SteffanieR, 2023-01-04 [View all MetroFax reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## MetroFax Discovered Keywords - send fax from iphone - mobile fax - fax app free faxing - fax free send fax from iphone - metrofax - metrofax send fax from iphone - email to fax - tiny fax send fax from iphone - free fax for iphone - ifax app send fax from iphone ## Apps Similar to MetroFax - [FAX for iPhone - send fax app](https://apptail.io/app/fax-for-iphone-send-fax-app-VLd/united-states) - [FAX from iPhone & Send Ad Free](https://apptail.io/app/fax-from-iphone-send-ad-free-Rlq/united-states) - [Fax From iPhone - Receive Fax](https://apptail.io/app/fax-from-iphone-receive-fax-lQS/united-states) - [Fax from iPhone free from Ads](https://apptail.io/app/fax-from-iphone-free-from-ads-oQS/united-states) - [iFax App Send Fax From iPhone](https://apptail.io/app/ifax-app-send-fax-from-iphone-wSS/united-states) - [Fax From IPhone: Send &Receive](https://apptail.io/app/fax-from-iphone-send-receive-xSS/united-states) - [Fax Burner: iPhone Fax App](https://apptail.io/app/fax-burner-iphone-fax-app-ySS/united-states) - [FAX for iPhone: Send & Receive](https://apptail.io/app/fax-for-iphone-send-receive-zSS/united-states) - [EaseFax: pay per use, send fax](https://apptail.io/app/easefax-pay-per-use-send-fax-btPc/united-states) - [#FAX from iPhone: free sending](https://apptail.io/app/fax-from-iphone-free-sending-uksk/united-states) ## MetroFax Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/metrofax-send-and-receive-fax-itPc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/metrofax-send-and-receive-fax-itPc/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/metrofax-send-and-receive-fax-itPc/india) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/metrofax-send-and-receive-fax-itPc/germany) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/metrofax-send-and-receive-fax-itPc/japan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
