One of your delivery boys even had the gall to question whether I in fact tipped via the app. It seems you’re not paying your riders fairly because why put that burden on your customers? I placed an order yesterday, Dec 22 at 10AM and they promised to delivery it in 2hrs but instead it got delivered today, Dec 23 at 12PM. My shopper complained that my items are too big for a motorcycle so I had to pick it up at the mall itself and spend money for my ride. Then the worst part is that my shopper complained again that he has no change for my payment so I had to spend again a bank transfer fee to pay him. The app mandatory charges you a tip of P150 and a delivery fee but their service and their customer support is hell. Trust me, it is as bad as I narrated it. This app is a joke. you're better off using other apps. ordered using the app and none of the things i ordered are in stock. staff messaged me for a replacement but all items do not reflect the price in the app. items that are 195 are actually 235.
