## MetroNet Go Reviews in United States

### *---- "Only for Business?"
Why would you have an app only for business? So dumb.
-- dj arsonist, 2025-09-17

### **--- "Poor App"
I never write reviews. But ever since the new update of this app I have not been able to login at all. App is telling me my information is wrong when I know it isn’t. Apps are convenient when paying bills, and this is becoming annoying. Don’t download
-- Blueboyfromky, 2025-08-18

### *---- "Phone app"
I remember when you could use the phone app to pay your bill now I can’t even log into it smh why have an app if you can’t log on it come on MetroNet you got to do better it’s 2025 only app that doesn’t work
-- freddiej51, 2025-07-10

### *---- "stupid"
cannot sign into app on iphone
-- ssmk1, 2025-06-26

### *---- "Cannot login"
Same review as most people on here. App is broken and will not allow me to login.
-- posienwbuaia, 2025-05-19

### **--- "Poor app"
I can login from computer. But I cannot login from phone. Even I cannot change my password on line. So inconvenient.
-- Diz1000, 2025-01-17

### *---- "Won’t log in"
No matter how I try, it won’t let me log in - the app just says that there are the wrong credentials. But the password works on their website. The app is garbage.
-- Paurian, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Mrs"
Won’t let me log in.
-- Kavk, 2024-10-21

### *---- "Trash app"
I don’t know if this is a new company. But I just got Metro net Internet the other day. So far the service is flawless. But the app is a steaming dumpster fire. As of right now, June 2024, the app will not allow me to login with my credentials. Just like everybody else has reviews on here. Some kind of weird bug or something that the programmers need to work out. So in the meantime, I have to go to old school and pay the bill on the website. That really stinks. Shame.
-- mightywarriorp, 2024-06-04

### *---- "Pretty sure they aren’t even real"
Had a lot of trouble with them, just don’t take any sort of free trial with them.
