I just downloaded the app for this and it says I owe thousands of dollars for parking in a spot I’ve never parked at. DO NOT trust this app.

Mt. Vernon Lot, Baltimore. All signage says “Add Time” to reservation is possible— but it’s not. The app gives random parking times (1-2-3 hrs, 11 hrs?) at different times of day and DOES NOT have an “Add Time” function/button. You have to go BACK to your car at whatever random hour the app allowed you to have, and start a new session— AFTER the prior session ends. HUGE inconvenience! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company took over the garage at my work. They increased the monthly and daily rate. Multiple cars have been broken into due to lack of security. I stopped paying the monthly because $200 a month to park for maybe 12 days out of it. So I started paying daily. Out of the blue two months later I get a charge for monthly parking. So I reach out via email 3 times with still no response. I call and no one picks up. So I go to work to park cuz you know I have monthly parking for July. Get in the garage and am charged the daily rate and have no record of an active subscription! This place is predatory and a scam! DO NOT PARK AND SUPPORT THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT HAVE TOO!

I parked at their Down on Grayson lot in San Antonio, entered my car and payment information, and was told I could just drive out of the lot to pay. I did so, and received a 37 dollar violation. Not to mention, I was eating dinner where my parking was validated and should have been free. They refused to accept my proof of signing up for the parking, and my receipt from the restaurant, and they still charged me for the violation; albeit I was able to get it reduced to 17 dollars. Even so— it is not my fault that I drove out of the lot and it did not charge me. All of my car and payment info was correct. I do not recommend using their lots, and I personally will never park with them again. An absolute scam with no phone number to call.

Parked and paid 2 times with no problems but all other times received parking violations even though I paid through the app, there’s a scam going on for you to park and receive violations give them extra money there are parking garages who charge more but no headache dealing with showing you paid every time you receive a violation plus you can have covered parking during bad weather don’t waste your time using their parking lots.

This was my second visit this year, I got the App after my first visit, it took all the hassle out of parking and 3 appointments, it was seamless.
