This application provides information about Washington DC transit. It locates nearest transit stops, provides real-time GPS-tracked transit arrival predictions, shows transit alerts, transit vehicles locations, and complete route information. All this information is displayed on a customizable map, you can choose as much information to display.

The stops can be displayed in two different views:

o Map view
This view uses your current location and locates the nearest stops, which are then displayed on the map. You can select a stop to see the routes or lines served by that stop & real time arrival estimates or schedule. Changing the region displayed by the map shows the stops available within that region.

o List view
This view displays the stops as a list grouped by transit agency.

By selecting a stop or train station from either the map or the list view you can view the transit arrival time estimates or schedule for that stop.

This application is designed with an intuitive and effective UI that provides a plethora of functionality, which is helpful to both the savvy DC commuters and tourists.

Doesn’t display when the bus will arrive. I have blue screen with zero information.

Super app- intuitive UI and quick response!

Super app – intuitive UI and quick response! I have been using this app for several months to access DC transit information. I like the fact that as soon as the app starts it automatically determines your current location and shows you the stops near you. I use it mostly for metro rail – I am new to DC and this app helps me a lot to find the nearest metro station and how to get there. I like the user interface because as another reviewer pointed out everything is point & click – I don't have to type anything to find the information I need.

Great App

Just wanted to say great app for getting around DC on public transportation. Easy to use and good features, like saving favorites and the map. Also the developer is very responsive to comments and questions.

Do Not Download!

Terrible, shameful app. I can't believe they can get away with charging people for this. Don't buy it!

Best DC Transit App

This is the best DC public transit app that I've tried so far. It's the only one I've seen with real-time arrivals for the metro, metro bus, and the circulator. The developer is also great at responding to feedback.

Very Good App

Love It! This app has a very intuitive interface and lots of useful features. It is very quick to locate the nearest stops for bus and train and equally fast to see real time arrival information. It is very comprehensive because it includes metro rail, metro bus and circulator all in one app for DC. It also includes the subway and various bus transit agencies of NYC. The app automatically shows the DC or NYC transit based on where I am without me having to do anything.

Hate it

Wish it gave a way of showing real time bus arrivals via stop ID and wish clicking favorites didn't crash the app.

Better know your route and Bus/Metro you need to take as application does not provide directions
