Ads suck

Ads distract from otherwise useful app. Deleted because of them.

Horrible , more adverts than weather report

Weather report is almost non existent due to so many adverts , Complete waste of time, will use one of the other apps that actually shows you what the weather is doing instead of showing you 1 million adverts.

Great app, pity about the ads

Would be willing to pay for an ad-free version

Has potential

Seems to be the most accurate for Auckland BUT missing key features like widget options (default is not enough), a paid option to get rid of ads and further customisation of the data shown. Please think of your consumer and add features so we can personalise our use and get more value from the app.

Slow

Very slow and clunky for what should be a very simple lightweight app. Also a bit disappointing that a government funded organisation puts ads in the app especially in the way you are forced to view the ad while it loads making me think the loading time is fake to force you into viewing the ad!

Cant add location

I am travelling NZ this week from Aus and installed MetService. But I cant add any location except the default Christchurch. It says Data Not Available.

Lacks imagination..

Much preferred the previous app interface. This is so sterile. Perhaps a rethink on presentation and interface..?

Great app. Just missing a module for tides

That’s a great designed app. I wish it would show the tides too. (Preventing from installing another app, or using the web site just for that.) Thanks. j.

I paid money to see advertising?

Why can't the app be more like your website and show data 48hrs and 5 day forecasts? Why did my paid app start showing an advert for fake news? Feels a bit unethical for a govt initiated service to go down that path
