6 times I’ve submitted a driving license for them to say it can’t be used. Countless questions because they can’t simply use that as a document. Can you please give us more info etc,  They are really poor, go to Tide taken less than 2 hours from applying to the account being in used and now funds are being used in that account. 

 Really poor process. Think the woman I was dealing with was called Sarah via the live chat, she was ok but the process is poor. Don’t waste your time, also they pester you when you leave to come back!!!

The worst experience I’ve had from a bank. Tried to open an account for a new business. Application went in on 9 December and here we are 11 days later and the app still says they’re reviewing it and it might take “up to 72 hours.” Tried talking to support only to keep being told that they’ll pass on my queries as to why it’s taking so long, and today despite reaching out twice to try and get an update no one is replying.
