I ordered a specific flavour of whey protein through the mFine app, but they delivered the wrong one. I immediately contacted support via email for a refund, but it’s been over 4 days with no resolution. Their support team keeps replying with the same copy-pasted message saying they will “update me shortly” — but nothing happens. They are not even telling the expected timeline. This kind of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with paid orders. Very disappointed with the experience. I expected better service from a platform like mFine.

I had done full body check up at Apollo’s clinic today. Staff at clinic said the reports will be generated on same day evening and it will be sent to booking app (in my case mFine). MFine says they need 48 -72 hrs. !! I mean .. come on!!. I can go the centre again to retrieve the physical copy of the report instead of waiting for 48 - 72 hrs on mFine.

Their isn't a single doctor many MNC company have tie up with MFine as their doctor consultation app. But their isn't a single doctor on the platform whenever I check. Any other medical app is better than this app this is by far the worst of worst.

I had an awful experience with MFine that I hope no one else has to go through. I booked a full body checkup and fasted for 10 hours as required. The WhatsApp confirmation message and the app both provided a specific location for the test. Upon arriving, there was no lab at the location. I spent over an hour trying to call every number I could find, including the one that called me in the morning for confirmation. None of the calls were answered. To make things worse, one of their automated systems claimed my number wasn’t registered—another glaring error on their end.

Separately, my husband booked a home pickup slot with thyro care through MFine. A day prior, we got a call saying the slot wasn’t available anymore. When I asked why the app showed it as available, they casually said, “Sorry, ma’am.” We rescheduled for the next day, only for the technician to show up at the originally scheduled time! Naturally, my husband didn’t fast appropriately because of the change we were told about.

This company clearly has no coordination or accountability. Their lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. I don’t trust their services at all, and I’m seriously concerned about how their team even functions. Avoid MFine at all costs!
