Constantly buffering cannot last a single full minute without stalling out
This has been the worst streaming experience EVER. It stops to buffer every 45 seconds to a minute irrespective of the device, location, and quality of internet. It is the only streaming app in my arsenal that is completely non functioning.

I have no idea how this app has 5 stars. There is no way to watch the shows on your tv unless you airplay it through your phone. I lose actual brain cells when I try to navigate the app on my phone and tv with how horribly it’s made. “From” is the only reason I’m even continuing trying to use the stupidity which is this app. Do better.

Load times take forever, or not at all
The menus present great content. Thats why I paid. But when tapping on selection, the screens going into loading mode. I’ve let it go for up to five minutes! To be sure, I have a speedy internet connection and iPad which is only a year old. Come on MGM! Deliver the content you promise in menu.

First complaint, don’t forget your password…
So… I Found a show that was only available on this app so I figured I’d give it a go and take advantage of the free trial. If I liked it I would keep it. Well here I am on day two and I KNOW I used the correct password, I even wrote it all down, but it says incorrect. But oh well, no big deal.. I click the “forgot password” and go through the process of resetting my password. I then go to log in and I get an error message “too many attempts.” And I’m locked out of my account. I call customer service and I’m told it’s going to take 3-4 hrs and then just try again. That is a very long time… Most apps are an hour…. MAX. But usually if you call customer service and verify account it’s all good. I haven’t even had a chance to really give a thorough review because this has happened the second time I tried to watch.

Now here it is several hours later and I’ve successfully logged in but nothing will load. The entire thing freezes and I can’t watch anything. Very disappointed
