### *---- "Digital Wallet"
Can not add card to digital wallet. Called customer service several times and no one can seem to help me. Super frustrating!!!!
-- gfunk298, 2025-01-12

### *---- "Can’t login to app or online"
I’ve tried for 6 months to login online or via my app. Won’t work. Reset password several times. Won’t work. Ive talked to tech support several times and they are aware of the problem but at first acted like it was my issue until I kept asking if there was an issue with it. They said just don’t use the app on the iPhone or any Apple device and you’ll be fine. The last time I called was 2 months ago and it still hasn’t changed. I don’t think they care. And the customer service who might respond to this review might care, but they won’t be able to do anything to improve the issue. As a result I hardly use this card anymore. It’s unfortunate. I will most likely be canceling this card soon.
-- DenverGirl5, 2025-01-10

### *---- "Unsatisfied Customer"
Increase my limit was happy, but also decreased my limit to lower than my usual limit without any explanation. Never been late or missed on payment not even one. Yet they lower my credit limit for some bogos report on my credit report.
