FOURTH UPDATE: appears to be continue fraud and certainly unacceptable customer service of this app continues. After a six months streak, it reset itself and of course Customer service says it’s my fault. The games are good, which is the only reason I haven't deleted the app, but I do wish Apple would deal with their poor behavior. THIRD UPDATE: link supplied in response to second update doesn’t work. SECOND UPDATE: same issue again. And same poor customer support. I wish I could give it zero stars. UPDATE: same issue yet again. They continue to blame the customer as opposed, admitting the bug in their software. I cannot support a game, where their support group does not admit errors in their program. Twice recently, my streak awards were eliminated despite me having played them daily. After going several rounds with Support, with contradictory and then four messages, they refused to correct and claim my error. I’ve also reported this issue to Apple as it borders on fraud.

I’m sorry but a day lasts 24 hours. 12 midnight until 12 midnight. When you go to the casino, you get free chips. Sometimes it’s early or sometimes later. I go every day but they tell me I missed a day which I didn’t but moves me back to the beginning. Because the flaw that they know about never gets fixed. Never purchase at a shady casino!

Pros: cool graphics, fun games, earn points to use in real life, give away points to play Cons: 99% of spins are losses. I don’t mind buying tokens for extra game play but it’s still losses upon losses. I will eventually quit playing this one. I respect they try to make this experience as much like the real casino as possible, but who wants to play a game where you lose 99% of the time, even when you repeatedly buy tokens.

I’ve played their other slots games and this one I’ve had the WORST luck in. You’re stuck at having to save up and then use the lowest bet possible because you will constantly be at a loss in this one.

Not only will this game not make you rich, but every freaking time it plays an ad for MGM slots. It asked me if I want to leave the screen of the ad that I’m watching no it glitches it up half the time when you do that. They should be banned from making ads that will try to take you away from the current ad. It’s just a slap in the face when it freezes and doesn’t give rewards.

My previous issue and the current has not been resolved. The glitch is a continuous problem. When playing several games, it would keep rolling and rolling. Then, when it stops the entire screen jumps to reflect a non winning result. I saw clear as day that I was supposed to win 100,000 million chips/coins. I also buy multiple deals of your coin package in MGM Live, and the value does not compare to the other packages that I purchase from your other games. May I please have a refund.

Every time you log in it will be at MAX bet. After years of playing the game I had a random disco and after recovering my bet went from 250m to 50b. Wiped out my accoun in 15 spins. Screw this app.

Typical money grabber

I’ve have issues loading this app on my iPad so bad that I can no longer play on it. And now the app won’t load on my iPhone 14! What’s the deal?!

It says to “please check the internet and reconnect again” when I clearly do have internet.
