Unable to get through for entire day

I used it for a GP video consultation for a cold. I tried from morning 10am till 1am at night and the line was completely engaged and I was connected to NO doctor. As such I could not get the certification I needed for my work. HORRID app.

Bad UI/UX design, video doesn’t work

Same as other user here, came from HeyAlly to this as company switched insurance provider. The UI is slow and is missing a critical page where shows pending consultation. I had to search for a good while to find out that the post consultation report was still pending, and this is unintuitively hidden under ‘pending’ tab after you go into Video Consultation page again. Devs, please design a dedicated tab for consultation that has been completed but pending approval, because right now is very confusing as you can’t find the just-finished consultation anywhere other than having to go into “Video call doctor” again. Also the video feature is glitched, when doctor accepts the call, the app calls you but it’s stuck on white screen and you can’t see the doctor nor yourself.

Hope this app gets better

I’m writing this in hopes that this app gets better. Yes I have used other teleconsult app before in SG and they are better but this review is going to be mainly about this app hence I will not go further into this. They definitely did improve a bit as compare to what I experienced last year and most if not all the doctors are using the video consultation now instead of audio only. Although I would prefer if there’s an option to choose if you would want audio only. Patients ahead of you and ACTUAL patients waiting ahead of you is different. You can have like 6 patients ahead of you and suddenly you get a doctor within 10 minutes. Video call aspect is pretty bad because as mentioned in the case above, the waiting time is different from what you expect and it feels like a surprise any time now once you join. After the consult, the time to process your medical condition seem to be done by another team in which it could take an hour or two before you can request when to deliver your medicine instead of after consultation you get everything done. I think this is my overall experience of using this app for six months or more. I do hope this app gets better.

Worst tele-consultation app

Joined the queue, waited close to 45mins and saw 6 patients ahead of me in queue. All of sudden shows 0 patient and then the queue was cancelled automatically by app without even giving me an option. Had to re join queue again and now I have 15 patients ahead of me. Useless, pointless and frustrating app.

Unable to do video consultation. After killing the app as suggested by their CS, I’m unable to login. In summary, this is the worst app. HeyAlly is ALOT better

Better declare yourself out of business

What a waste of time for ill people to download this app. I got this app only because my company’s lousy insurer Singlife only allows me to do teleconsult using this app. No such thing as getting better. I decided to pay DA out of my own pocket because this dirt useless app doesn’t allow me to teleconsult.

Can be improved

I was able to use this app as it was part of the corporate insurance packet from my company. Previously I had experience using Hey Ally only. Comparing the two I find Better Health more inferior. The UX of the app seems slow and clunky. Loading times are long. I am unable to pick which doctor I want to see. During the consultation itself, I was expecting to see video of my doctor but we only talked via audio, no video, which the other app offers. I also think tha consultation was too brief, the doctor did not ask many question about my symptoms. The call ended within 1 minute. The delivery time of the medicines was suppose to arrive around 10am, but arrived past 12pm. I hope this app gets better.

Inflexible, long waiting time, insensitive doctors

One of the weaker performing telemedicine apps. Unable to choose which doctor you prefer to see, wait times are long even if you're in queue with 2 people in front of you. Also had a terrible experience with Dr Narula Singh? Who spoke down to me, rolled his eyes and had no compassion for a patient who just needed some medicine until she could get to an actual doctor. We use telemedicine because we can't get out of the house, not for doctors to assume we're lazy or refuse to listen to them - none of them reasons for a doctor to talk down to us like we're not worth their time.

Not too bad!

The app is simple and straight forward to use. Teleconsultation experience was great so far as well.
