لا أنصح به لهذا السبب
هذا المتجر لا يوجد به أدنى مقومات لخدمات ما بعد البيع. فخدمة العملاء لديهم وإدارة الشكاوى لا فائدة منها، مجرد أيقونة. لن تتم العناية بشكواك مطلقًا، بل لن يتم ولو مجرد الاطلاع عليها. والبائع قد يغلق طلبك دون رادع بل ومن المرجح جدًا سرقة المبلغ الذي تدفعه وعدم رده كما حصل معي. أحذرهم مهما أبدوا لك في وسائل التواصل أو في ردهم هنا أي اهتمام.

انتبهوا هذا مو كويس كانت شكوي ماجاب راح خسر فلوس
جودة التجاوب مع شكوى العملاء
للاسف التطبيق يخلي مسؤوليته من اي مخالفه او سوء تعامل من احد المتاجر.. يعني لو تاجر بهدلك و مرمطك في طلبك هو بيخليك تقدم شكوى لكن من دون جدوى.. يعني ما يقدر يسوي للتاجر و لا شيء بس بيوصله الشكوى..
اسوء تطبيق يمكن تحمله
سيئ سيئ سيئ جدا اشتركت في شاهد وجاني الحساب غلط وحاولت اتواصل معهم واتساب وعلى الايميل ماحد يرد واذا اتصلت على الرقم يعطيك مشغول واذا اتصلت كم مره يرد يهاوشك ويقولك ليه تتصل معا انه هو الي حاط رقمه اتصال في الموقع سيئ سيئ سيئ نصيحه لا احد يشترك من عندهم
