This app is such a huge downgrade from the previous app. I’m now constantly having issues depositing my checks, they’re being rejected because the app is unable to focus the camera properly, and check photos are always blurry. This app is a nightmare, it’s causing me financial stress because of how long it’s taking me to fight to get my checks deposited. 0/10, fix this or go back to the old app please.

I don’t understand why you would scrap an entire app that was working perfectly fine to create a new app that works significantly worse, does not give me the notifications that I need and I’m am asking for. I don’t even know if I get paid because I’m not getting a notification about it or if my balance is running low, it’s awful.  it is increasingly more difficult to do anything on this app. It is really weird to navigate the only plus side that it brought is it’s connection to Zelle, which still doesn’t work with half of the people I try to use it with even though we have the same bank. I don’t write reviews about apps that’s how angry I am with the changes that have been made.

### **--- "Not intuitive and no changes made in that direction as of yet"
With the software layout, why would you have to make a payment through the “menu” then “transfers/payments” buttons, that looks like its part of a settings menu, when you have the tile style account layout that is much more intuitive. I just wasted time on the phone jumping through security question hoops trying to make a simple payment. Rediculous.

Completely messed up. Old app worked perfect. 
Now I can’t do online banking anymore. 
I just left the Main Branch and they acknowledged that everyone is complaining.

This has to be the worst banking app I have ever experienced. Every single time I am trying to make a payment I end up having to physically call the bank because the app will not easily transfer funds. I would recommend contacting Chase bank to ask them for advice on bank app layout and user friendliness.
