I never book using the blue dot on the map as the pick up location - always select the full address from the list with full postcode. When the booking is accepted the driver just sees a geo-location that no-one understands and usually ends up ringing to say "where are you?!" Why not transmit the full booking details to them?

The app is so much easier and a lot cheaper if there’s anyone that doesn’t have the app I would very much recommend installing it. This has helped me a lot thank you 😉

No option to book wheelchair accessible vehicles via the app.

Every time I pre book a taxi with the actual time, it goes back to the nearest time that you DON’T want. The pre-Booking needs updating to we’re it’s say this is the time that you want I do NOT HAVE THAT on the app ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Will always use MI... didn’t know my exact pick up point and I just needed to get home after time in hospital. the office and driver were really patient with me , he arrived quickly to each point. They are so dependable, thank you.
