SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION:
• This app is free to download and all users can access a sampling of free articles every month.
• Subscriptions are charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew each month or year, unless turned off in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. There is no address to notify those that run the app so I am at a loss to fix this problem and may be seeking a full refund next

I am a subscriber to the Detroit News digital media. I should have access to the ‘subscriber content’ articles on the XTRA app. I don’t. You are blocked with a blue box saying you have to subscribe, and the restore purchase button doesn’t work. Repeated attempts to fix this in August, 2021, met with indifference and incompetence! So here’s a paper, struggling to survive, and it can only offer new subscribers a flawed app and poor tech support. REALLY PATHETIC! Maybe Harbaugh is running tech support🤣.
