## Mici Italian Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Needs easier ordering"
Not the same menu as in store and wish I could use Apple Pay
-- LR6887, 2023-05-18

### ***** "The new app and loyalty program is wayyy better!"
I’m so glad Mici’s upgraded there ordering experiences. The new app and website are so much better and I’m thrilled that I can pick the reward I want to use now. Hooray!
-- RestMark82, 2023-03-30

### **--- "Great Pizza - Lousy App"
*AMAZING* pizza - Best in town!

But this app is terrible - this is the second week in a row it has not allowed me to use the deal that appears in the app.
-- DisappointedInCo, 2023-03-30

### ***-- "Pizza is fantastic. App is meh."
I absolutely love a good Mici pie. But the app leaves room for improvement. It’s a little clunky and they try to funnel you into saving a credit card with them. Ehhhhh…. no.
-- Jhanst, 2023-03-25

### *---- "Haven’t been able to use since last update!"
I’ve used this app for years but their latest update broke it for me. I have not been able to “transfer” my account to the new app. Attempts to seek help through the sight “@thnks” get undeliverable mail response. When I try to recover my password I get “no account under that email”. I try to open a new account using me email and I get “there is already an account under this email”.
-- ZzzeroHero, 2023-03-21

### ***-- "Love the pizza but…"
The new app doesn’t let you add your rewards and you can’t use gift cards
-- tango1315, 2023-03-18

### *---- "Ordering in app never worked before the update, will change rating if it’s fixed"
This is my first order since the update. Hoping it worked! Previously order would look like it went through, credit card would notify me of the charge, then when I went to pick up my order the store would have no order. This happened EVERY time so I started calling in my order instead. We’ll see what happens today. Also, this stupid app asked me for a rating while I was in the middle of an order. VERY poor programming
-- Colorado coffee man, 2023-03-16

### *---- "Not a Good Start"
App doesn’t remember anything: your credit card, your orders. No credit for your rewards; SHOWS that you have them, it doesn’t allow you to USE them. Much like the previous online interface: awesome pizza, great people (in the store) - terrible tech execution and marketing. Needs some work. But we still love Mici!
-- Ssm5280, 2023-03-12

### ***-- "It’s nice"
I found it easier to use than the website however the catering is under small and large pasta so that doesn’t make sense. Thanks for the points keep giving free things !:)
-- kittagik, 2023-02-28

### ***-- "Will stick to the website"
This id basically a wrapper app , so I dont see the point of downloading a native app that isnt native. Maybe just add apple pay on the website and that should have a nice impact on conversion. Dont ask me about Android though.
