Worst apps possible. Do not buy this. The apps didn’t work most of the time.
Gave up after many attempts to connect. Will be returning item to Costco

I don’t like this new app Bring back the old one. I lost all my readings and I need them for my doctor. They just give you dots to represent the meadowlands. It is no use to me now. I need to show all my measurements.
Every day I'm need to reconnect the device to my iPhone app. Today nothing seems to work getting them paired. I don't have any other bluetooth device I have had this much trouble with.
Bluetooth connection never works. Have to forget device and reset consistently.
Very confusing and directions are hard to understand
I have ios 15 and this app used to work great but won’t open up any more. I have reported this to Microlife. They don’t seem to care. No reason such a simple app which was working fine stopped supporting ios 15. Now I have to buy a different brand of blood pressure monitor. Fortunately Costco has a very generous return policy so just take it back for a full refund.
App gives unclear error message about mismatched data with no explanation. Very frustrating. Not worth the stress. Returning to Costco
