Ive been trying for 3 days to get the readings from my CVS Series 800 BP monitor to show up in this app and have not been able to do it. My iPhone can see it and the app shows it too but it’s not feeding the info to the app. (Yes everything is updated, I do it often.) I didn’t get a chance to upload the previous app, but it looked like I could have myself & my husband on the old app -the BP monitor has settings to record person 1 & person 2, so why change this on the new app? I’m normally very good with tech but this app is pointless and a waste of phone memory. You’re better off just using Notes and manually typing in your readings or writing them down.

Why do they make this so difficult. The other App was so easy to use and right to the point and this is so complicated. Why must we always try to fix things that are working 😢

The first night I tried to transfer the BP readings I was successful. The next day the app would not transfer the data. I tried multiple times. I reconnected Bluetooth, but that didn’t work. I also could not swipe left on a BP reading to delete it. The tutorial says that is how a single reading could be deleted but that didn’t work. It’s too frustrating to use this app, and it probably increased my BP while I was trying to troubleshoot it. App is a waste of time.

Please bring back the old app. Called tech-support and told them I could not get this app to connect to my phone. Apparently they were having some problems with it. The older app logged everything in just fine and let you print it out. This new one hasn’t worked since the get-go. what’s the purpose of having a blood pressure machine if the app won’t let you record the results.

Earlier version was much better!

The system was working well until we lost connectivity on both phones. (User 1 and user 2). Cannot reconnect. Erased device. Something very wrong. Tested with 1.25 update. Still not working. Any plans for a fix in the near futur? A software update every 4 months is not going to keep the users happy!

The worst App I have ever used. The buttons are confusing and the logic is chaotic. After trying for 20 minutes, I have not been able to download a single record. Simply: don’t buy this product.

Downloaded the updated app to pair with my blood pressure machine. Went through the steps to register. The app doesn’t send me an email with a activation code. So I try and to re register. It says there’s already an acct with that info. I then try and log in.- There’s no existing acct. With that info. What??? I deleted the app. Sometimes old school simple pen and paper are better.

Keeps changing wgt & hgt. Harder to keep track of B/P Want the original app back. It was accurate, simple to use and not frustrating. Wish I could find it or some other app that works w/ my BP machine!!! This Definitely NOT an improvement. PS. Also won’t let you use options they offer! I tried to contact the makers but it would not budge… no connection!, no way to get help!
