I can’t open an attachment and it sucks

I almost lost a very important document, and found it after so much struggle!! Unacceptable…
PowerPoint is just tooooo good
PowerPoint is really good, especially for group works. The rest isn’t so bad either but PowerPoint just got something different from other slideshow websites. If I were to suggest something for PowerPoint, it is to allow a vote to put something when something keeps being put and removed

This is hanging again and again
HORRIBLE — Documents Don’t Save!
I’m appalled… It happens from time to time where my word document doesn’t save (which it should automatically) but today is just beyond me! I’ve had to restart my notes 5 different times and I’m about to restart a 6th because it wont save EVEN if I manually save it. Absolutely ridiculous coming from Microsoft! I’m wasting an entire day as a small business.
UNABLE TO SIGN IN TO PAID ACCOUNT OR ACCESS ONLINE SUPPORT
I am paying for a monthly subscription, $10/ month, and have recently been unable to sign into my account or access online support due to sign in issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted my system, but it still does not work. I am sure MICROSOFT will still charge me full access fees for this down time which is adversely affected my day to day activities as I can no longer edit or save my spreadsheets. When the app is working it's great . When it stops working it is very stress inducing... MICROSOFT... FIX YOUR APP NOW PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~extremely disgruntled customer
