Every time I want to use the apps, it keeps crashing down and freezes. Sometimes my edits are not being saved and I have to start over. Please fix this issue.

Microsoft 360 subscription
I have subscribed to Microsoft 360 on my iPad. When I first bought the plan its worked fine after awhile of not using the app. I went to open the app again but it wouldn’t allow me to do anything without signing in. When i went to sign in it was saying that there is already an account (F.Y.I I’ve tried everything already) ad saying that I need to repurchase my subscription.
