Microsoft Authenticator

This app is completely disfunctional. For months on end i cannot log to my microsoft account from other devices. You have no idea how much trouble and frustration you have caused me..

I deactivated this useless thing a hundered times. My parents cannot use it and is so hard for them to use this. Everything is so complicated. Even tho I have the app I never receive my codes and I cannot enter into my teams account. Dissapointed.

Hey Microsoft, Please check your security app, because someone hack my phone and they donmt stop of using brote force! Change please something, because of this i lose all data and funds that was on the phone. Best regards, Acosti

Funny how i am in Microsoft authentificator App trying to log in and a pop up comes and tells me to open microsoft authentificator app in order to log in 😶😶😶😶 This might be the dumbest app I’ve ever seen

this app just stopped working, it freezes just after faceid and never unlocks. iOS 17, iPhone 14 pro

This app used to be easy to register and de-register and worked as intended. The best thing about it was it working on the apple watch so that I didn’t have to go looking for my phone everytime I logged on some company resource. Then you removed that capability because? The watch can be used to type in numbers, please bring back the functionality for those of us that use it.

I’m angry very! Why I can’t go to my account I no want new account, why no save in new iPhone for old my iPhone I put save my account after new iPhone no save?? I put reset password info on my account can’t I am angry very I put star 1!

It is the only application that fails after a restore from icloud or local pc. I restored from a backup and nothing is there. I try to recover using a code from the recovery email and ofc it fails Will never use it again, this kind of failures you never encounter on google authenticator or duo or any other i used. Just like all microsoft products, another major let down
