Microsoft Authenticator

2 updates later, the issue still persist. Kept prompting to login when I’m already logged in

Have to remove authenticator app, wiped out everything and then restore just to synchronize with another phone that I own? I rather use alternative authenticator app.

Very easy to use..

Missed a meeting because my outlook and teams were locked out without me knowing so I didn’t get notifications. Can’t even disable the need for authentication.

It is very hard to use.I wish I didn't have to use Microsoft software. 😩

The app doesn’t work if the face recognition is faulty. I use iPhone 11 and the face recognition has aa issue therefore doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work to show the MFA verification code which ia very troublesome as I have to bypass MFA using phone OTP.

Linked to Microsoft Teams, but this bug chooses to sign you out and signing in is a nightmare. They send you a code, but you have nowhere to key it in. They give you an alternative, which does not give you the require passcode, nor allow you to key in a renewed code. TADA, you’re stuck in an endless loop, in and out of the multiple apps. For something that is being sold and implemented to organisations, this is a BIG FAIL.
