When you reset the phone and again went to log then they ask to verify with the phone app how can we do it we reset the phone and wend to get the email email asking verify with phone infinite loops how you guys been do such this kind of thing i m in critical situation and if i died because of this stress you guys need to get the responsiblity of not testing with the cases hell u

What’s going on? I could use this with no issue in my iPhone 12, I switched to iPhone 14 and had to reinstall the app to the latest version. Now I won’t get the notification from the app selecting the code, I tried so many ways. I can’t sign in to my MS account with new devices. Luckily I haven’t signed out from one device.

This implementation is clearly manipulating microsoft users to use their personal mobile devices for work purposes. Please re evaluate it. I don’t want to use my personal mobile phone for work related purposes.

Very good app

I tried several TOTP authenticators to register microsoft TOTP, it shows an invalid error. It only supports microsoft authenticator. Seems like they force users to use their authenticator app. Meanwhile microsoft authenticator allows to add other services like, slack, github etc. Not following the standards.

Just switched to a new device and all the linked accounts are lost
