Can’t login anymore. Says that given username doesnt exist (it does, I can login to m365). Also says unknown error on login screen. Worked earlier with the same account. Now it just stopped working on ios iphone 13, newest updates installed. Have to give only 1 star. Made support call, i will review stars to better if support gets this to work

App Store not working? Ah, disable Microsoft Defender, then the App Store opens again! Would be nice, if it didn’t block lots of my frequently used apps and websites randomly. Most of the days they work, then suddenly they don’t and if I stop defender, they work again.. turn it on, they stop working. Seems like their cloud protection fails way too often.
Problems with internet connection several times during the day. Phone began heating up for first time when in use and also during charging. For the first time in 3 years, I saw message in my phone that phone will stop charging after my phone has cooled down. And all this after MS defender was installed by our organization.
Why am I STILL getting alerts about activating web protection when YOU discontinued the VPN?
I used Microsoft Defender for quite a while. My iPhone would act up a lot in odd ways. I couldn’t download some things because of the VPN or I couldn’t go into one of my apps because of the VPN. Sometimes I couldn’t get into my Microsoft mail because of the VPN. It was strange. It really messed up my Apple Laptop. For some reason it wiped out my email account, and when I went to add it back on to my laptop it wouldn’t take my password! I have no clue how to fix that. Yes, I even tried to change my password, and that didn’t work either.
I feel safer online
